What we keep about you. Your work email, your team and your role, so we can sign you in and send the weekly check-in.

Your answers. Check-in answers are stored with your team and the week only. They are never linked to your name or email, and we don't record the exact time you answered. Answers to "just for you" questions stay on your own phone and are never sent to us.

If you buy. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your email address and confirmation that you've paid, never your card details.

If you try the course free. We keep your first name and email so you can sign in, and record whether you asked for tips and news. We only send marketing emails if you ticked that box, and you can unsubscribe from them at any time.

If you enquire. We keep your name, work email, organisation and message so we can reply.

Who sees what. Team leaders and senior leaders see team totals only, and only once enough people have answered. Nobody sees an individual's answers.

Your choices. You can stop the weekly emails at any time, and ask us to delete your account by emailing [PRIVACY EMAIL].
