Most wellbeing days end when the workshop does.
This one doesn't. People leave with Matt's workbook full of their own answers, and come back to it every week: the Happiness Barometer, one of Matt's techniques, one question.
Leaders see how their teams are really doing, anonymously, week by week. So the workshop becomes a habit, and the habit becomes the culture.
How it works
One workshop. A season of follow-up.

The workshop
Three hours with Matt, in the room or on Zoom. The Barometer, Drooper or Super Trooper, the Groovy Train of Thought, removing the coat of stress. Practical, funny and remembered.

The workbook
Matt's workbook, on paper and online, page by page. Their soul food, quick pick-me-ups and the ONE thing they want to go for, saved on their own phone.

The weekly check-in
Under three minutes, by email. Tap a face on the Barometer, try one of Matt's techniques, answer one question. For 8 or 12 weeks, at the team's own pace.
Why it works for teams
Feel good together. Lead better. Keep your people.
When a whole team goes through it together, the workshop becomes team building. The weekly check-in then tells leaders how the team is really feeling, and what they can do about it.
It builds the team
Teams share what lifts them, laugh together, and leave with one shared language: “Where are you on the Barometer?”
Leaders see how the team feels
Every week, the team’s anonymous Barometer and their answers to questions like “which niggle would make next week easier?”
Leaders know what to do
A suggested technique for the next huddle, a one-line reply so the team sees something happen, and a nudge to time big changes well.
Feeling good drives the work
How we feel shapes the quality of our thinking, our resilience, how we deal with stress, and our clarity and energy.
From the top of the Barometer, people…
decide better
Clear-headed, not overwhelmed.
get more done
Motivated, focused and present.
work together
More patient, more connected.
stay
“It wasn’t the job, I was just feeling rubbish.”
For leaders and HR
See how your teams are really doing.
Anonymous by design. Team totals only, shown once 10 or more people answer. Never names, never rankings.
Questions that matter for retention. "Can you see yourself working here a year from now?" "I have what I need to do a great job here."
Evidence for the board. Before and after, season by season, with your own HR figures alongside.
