We all slide up and down the Barometer, often several times a day. The good news: there are simple ways to bring yourself back up, and Matt has spent nearly 30 years finding them.

Up and down, and that’s OK
Nobody lives at the top of the Barometer.

Matt
It’s impossible to stay on top all the time. When life throws things at us, we go up and down. But if we keep consciously heading back towards the top, despite the ups and downs, we’ll be all the happier.
We all move up and down the Barometer, in different places and different situations, sometimes several times a day. That’s normal. It’s human.
This isn’t about being at the top all the time. It’s about noticing where you are, and knowing what lifts you. When you’re aware of your own wellbeing, you make better decisions, and you feel able to cope.
That’s what my course is for: helping you take charge of how you feel, and be the person you know you can be.
